About me
Hi, I’m Zoe – founder of Zoe Olivia Pilates, certified mat Pilates instructor and mum of two.
I found Pilates after having my second baby, during a time when my life felt chaotic, and I was surviving on very little sleep. The idea of dragging myself to the gym or doing high-intensity workouts felt completely out of reach — I needed something more in tune with where I was, both physically and mentally.
That’s when I turned to Pilates. It gave me the space to move gently but with intention, rebuilding strength, supporting my posture, and offering moments of calm in the noise of early motherhood. I started with short at-home sessions during nap times, eventually combining classes and home workouts in a way that suited my unpredictable routine.
Over time, I realised that Pilates isn’t just a nice alternative to the gym — it’s an essential part of how we should all be moving. It builds deep, functional strength, supports the nervous system, improves mobility, and enhances performance in every other type of training. It’s the foundation, not the fallback.
That’s what inspired me to create Zoe Olivia Pilates — a mobile mat Pilates service designed to meet people where they are. Whether you’re a new mum, a busy professional, or a sportsman looking to improve strength and mobility, I create tailored sessions that are gentle yet challenging, supportive, and effective.
Pilates is for every body, every goal, and every stage of life. My mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body — no pressure, no intensity overload, just purposeful movement that fits into real life.

For 1:1 sessions no, all equipment is provided (Bala mat, ball, ankle weights and bar).
-
I cover anything from corporate wellness events to brand or private pilates parties! If there’s anything specific please drop us an email and we will try to accommodate where we can.
-
I am happy to accommodate virtual sessions for busy individuals however, Pilates is best in person to ensure proper form and to get the most benefits out of the sessions.
For those completely new to Pilates, I’d suggest five in person sessions to start with, just to get a handle of the basics before going online.
